TONY BEWS WATERPROOFING

Paid this company R20 000 as Tony promised he would be able to resolve our roof leak. Every winter since then our place has still been flooded, due to the roof still leaking. Phone calls, messages and emails..nothing got this guy to come back and fix ir. He was here a year ago to just view the issue a second time. Before that he said the waterproofing loose... But whatever he did, it didn't work. Deeply disappointed in trusting this guy. Gave him several opportunities to rectify or even partially refund us since we have to get another company to do a job that he couldn't. No after service and did not get what we paid for. I put myself in debt to pay this guy. So currently I ampaying the debt and still have a roof leak. I am forced to take this further unfortunately even though I gave him an opportunity to resolve this amicably.
