Tonkil Optometrists

After being a customer for over 30 years I have just had the worst treatment ever from this establishment. Very unprofessional staff especially the front end and management. It took 5 weeks for my spectacles to be made. Very bad communication between staff there and myself. They never returned any of my concerns when I enquired and I had to repeatedly make telephone calls. I will never be dealing with them ever again. Paid them in full a week ago and never even received confirmation.
