NOTICE GIVEN WITHOUT PROPER PROCEDURES

hello peter, on the 3/2/15, i was sort of given notice at the day care, before i entered my child into the school i gave them a brief description on his moods, attitude likings and dislikes. I also mentioned to them that he is autistic and due to that i was scared to put him in a school they had no problem and promised me he will be in good hands. After one and half day and paid in full for the school R2050 i was given notice by they can not and are not licensed to look after him, that was on the 3rd i was called on the 4th to come and see them there was a misunderstanding after i requested a refund also requested they deduct two days from the funds. i was promised a 600 refund and the 15th the rest, i send emails and finally threated them i'm not going to leave the matter here after noticing nothing is happening at my bank also they ignoring my emails. please will you assist this is ******* and breach of contract from their side i had no problem with them and my child seemed happy my no in case you need to find out more *** thanking you in advance for assisting me with this problem. wonder how many parents had the same experience i will and want it stopped!!!!
