Tongaat Toll Plaza

Tongaat Toll Plaza is a disgrace. Everyday my vehicles are delayed due to massive queues.

Once they had a power cut - and rather than let vehicles through they manually wrote tickets and our vehicle waited almost 50 minutes.

Waits of upto 12 minutes are common and this defeats the purpose of a Toll road. It is better to send my vehicles on the M4 Highway and use the Umhlothi connection to the N2.

This not only saves me R22 a trip but its also quicker.

Dont make me wait if you want me to pay for something - thats simply just bad business.
