Huletts Sugar - Non-conforming Product

Please be informed that I received a call from Huletts consumer care department on the 16-08-2017, it was mentioned that I would receive an email with reference to a tracking number for the replacement of the defective packaging on the Huletts sugar purchased. I am still waiting for the tracking number.. NB I have attached another two photographs from the 3 bag of Huletts sugar used that have lumps in the sugar. This surely is a concern either due to nonconforming packaging or area where it was warehoused at the Woolworths Store. (Seems like moisture content) The information on the packaging is the same as mentioned below on my previous email.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be informed that I purchased 4 x Huletts White Sugar 2.5kg at Woolworths Trade Route Mall Lenasia in June 2017. Two of the packaging is not securely sealed on the edging as shown in my photographs attached and this has caused allot of wastage. I have been purchasing your product for many years and this encounter is a cause for concern. Please provide what corrective and preventive action will be taken relating to my complaint.
