Disgusting Service

I have been trying to get my medical aid details from this company for the last 2 years. I emailed them on the 27th January 2020 at 13h54 asking for assistance on sending me my medical aid details that I was a member of while working for the company. I received 1 email on the 27th January 2020 at 15h13 from Thandekile Ngcobo acknowledging email. I then received another email on the 27th January 2020 at 15h30 from Thandekile Ngcobo telling we that she has cc'd me in on an email to Philisiwe Maphanga asking her to assist with my request. To this I received nothing. I emailed them both again on the 24th June 2020 at 15h42 asking for the information I need as my insurance broker needs to add the details on to my Discovery Health medical aid. I am paying an extra R500 penalty a month for Discovery medical aid because I have not been able to provide them with these details.

This is the first step I will take before I go public to all media local and International.
