Definitely NOT SWEET at all!!

I am diabetic and I just can't drink coffee without sugar or sweetener, as I'm diabetic sugar is no longer an option so I have to use sweetener. Previously I found that the only sweetener that didn't have that awful aftertaste is the equisweet classic and I used only that, switching my whole family from sugar to sweetener which means I buy quite a bit (approx 1200 tablets a month).

For the past few months I have been unable to find the refill packets anywhere so I was using a different one. Beginning of December my local Checkers Hyper had the Equisweet classic in stock and I bought three boxes (400 tablets each).

To my absolute disgust these tablets don't all dissolve properly even in boiling water, I literally have one or two at least per cup of coffee that I have to crush against the side of the cup to "dissolve" it. There is absolutely NOTHING worse than having a last sip of coffee that is SO sweet and with SWEETENER no less.

I went to the website to try and send a complaint but even more frustrating there is no email address or even a form to fill in to send a query or compliment or complaint. I have neither the airtime nor the time to sit on the phone waiting for someone to complain to but I think non-dissolving sweeteners totally miss the point. I'm not impressed at all, and I'll tell my family members many of whom are also diabetic not to use Equisweet either.

Needless to say I'll be moving over to Canderel which I have had no problems with.
