Brown sugar

Hi I hope everyone is well.. I went to buy brown as usual like before for the past 8-9 years since I have been using it ...and it’s been a hulett sugar branded... All of a good cold day i use my sugar ,next thing my mug turns out to be black with black ashes on it .....I wrote an email to the consumers complain there but no one responded nor rep****... It’s frustrating because I really needed the sugar...
