Tongaat clinic long waiting periods

Tongaat clinic is the worst place to attend as a old person . Today I droped my mum off at the clinic at 6am she is a diabetic patient who visits the clinics on a monthly bases.While I waited for her in the parking lot . She had only finish at 2pm she only had 20 people infront of her . Something needs to be done about this. It's could be that there are sort staff or just to lazy to work fast there is no system of working . Coming in early we would expect to finish early .somthing needs to be done please help ***
