SERIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK

We ordered sushi from this restaurant and discovered a LARGE ,SHARP PIECE OF WIRE embedded inside the food. This is an extremely dangerous foreign object — something that could have caused severe internal injury, choking, or even a life-threatening medical emergency if swallowed. The fact that this made it into a prepared meal is alarming and completely unacceptable. I contacted the restaurant and sent a formal written complaint to the manager. Shockingly, no one responded, despite the severity of the incident. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about the management’s regard for customer safety. After reviewing other public feedback, I found multiple similar complaints, including reports of bugs and other contaminants in meals. This suggests a pattern of ongoing food-safety failures, not an isolated mistake. A restaurant serving food to the public has a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure that what they serve is safe. Allowing objects like wire to end up in food puts every customer at risk. I have since reported this incident to the relevant authorities for investigation. I am posting this review to warn other customers and to urge the restaurant to address their hygiene, safety, and quality-control practices as a matter of urgency.
