DISAPPOINTING SERVICE, LATE / NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION, PRODUCT FAULTY

I have ordered 3 toners, a black, yellow, and cyan for my triumph Adler printer. It took forever for the toner to arrive. Then when it did, only 2 arrived, and NO explanation or notice about the third toner. Only AFTER I enquired did they answer that the 3rd cartridge was on backorder.

I was under the impression that the toners I bought were original. They were not. They are Integral - which is generic. not the Triumph Adler originals that I ordered.

My 3rd issue is that the toners do NOT WORK!!!

This is an extremely frustrating and costly experience for me. I will not use them again.
