Toner Corporation - Appalling service

Called Toner Corp in the afternoon of 18 Aug '21 to order a Brother Toner cartridge. Spoke to Lungile and was told to come through today 19th Aug '21 to collect as he had stock. Went to the address in Allens Nek provided by Lungile and was then advised by the lady who answered the phone at the premises that they do not carry stock at those premises. She tried to put me through to Lungile or David, but the calls went unanswered. Left a message for Lungile to contact me. I tried again during the course of this afternoon to speak to someone about ordering a cartridge, but calls still go to voicemail. I am still waiting for a response to my voicemail...I need to print urgently for my business. Really poor service.

Good day Prem. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. We are a online shop. We mainly courier orders directly to our customers door. If you would like to collect. You would need to place and order first, so that the stock can be transfered from the warehouse to our collection point. So the fact that we have stock on hand, does not mean it is ready for collection immediately. We cannot contact you as we don't have your details. Please forward your details to ***. So we can assist. Regards Toner Corp

Good day, to whom it may concern. Please check your voicemails. I specifically left a message for Lunigile on his extension 114 which has all my details. I would have no problem placing an order first and then collecting thereafter as you advise above IF I was made aware of this process upfront. As it transpired, I arrived at your premises and called to speak with Lungile, but was told by your lady that Lungile was unavailable. She attempted to reconnect me with David, but the call went to voicemail. As indicated I spoke with Lungile later on in the day in an attempt to rectify the situation but I was cut off. This was when I left a voicemail. Please note that as indicated in my complaint, I initially called yesterday and was told that I could collect today, so they would have been ample time to ensure the stock was on available - assuming I was initially informed of your process. Further to this, please check your call logs as you indicate that all calls are recorded. The first call to Lungile took place yesterday at 3:01 pm. There are subsequent calls today at 12pm and then 12:35 pm.
