Company that destroys other companies.
I bought a printer for R13500.00 and it arrived in November 2022 when I started a small internet cafe in my township. Upon arrival I notice that the supplies where no complete so I alerted them. Beginning of December 2022 the company sent a courier to collect the printer to replace the cartridge.
They have not given me back the printer till now, it's February 2023. They don't respond to my email. I logged a complain with consumer commission, it's been two weeks since the commission consulted them but they don't care.
I hate this company....with all my heart

07 Sept 2023, 15:08Hi Lebogang. We are truly sorry your machine took long to get back to you. Hewlett Packard did not have the part you wanted in stock. It had to be ordered from overseas. That process takes 6-8 weeks. The fact that this was over the year-end also did not help to speed things up. The new part was fitted and the machine returned to you. Hi Lebogang. We are truly sorry your machine took long to get back to you. Hewlett Packard did not have the part you wanted in stock. It had to be ordered from overseas. That process takes 6-8 weeks.
