HP TONER ORDERED

I requested a quote for an HP Toner and was sent on the 1 September 2014. A payment was done on 26 September 2014 and an order was placed. Since then I have tried to get answers about the order. Early this year I sent a message to *** and inquire about the order IN123780 and was told the order was dispatched.<br> I was told to send banking details and a refund will be done. I have sent two different banking details and still no refund has been done. Now I do not get any response when I send messages.
