Toncrete bad business

We ordered 22 cubes of ready mix and paid everything in advance. Come delivery time, we were promised timeous delivery but that did not happen as they only sent one truck with 6 cubes that was smoking badly and leaked oil and ready mix all over the yard. This was late afternoon by the way and they went back to get more ready mix, when I called them to check it was after 17h30 and they were stuck. I told them not to come. Came back the next day late again with a better truck that had no extensions and they disappeared again. I had to start communicating with the owner Tshepo but he seems like a guy who doesn't know how to run a business. To cut the long story short I had to start swearing at him to get all the ready mix I ordered. The last delivery he had to go lease a truck from Oriental. Please stay away from that business if you don't want to be frustrated.
