Consumer rights violated,bad,customer service

I bought 30m3,of Readymix from them,used only 18m3,and I'm due to be refunded,but they are taking me from pillar to post.Firstly,they never communicated their terms of refund initially,and they told me,they can only refund in 60days,with two payments,if the refund is over 5000rand,worst experience ever.The managers can't communicate professionally and still no refund paid to me
