Free shipping does not mean Free shipping!!!

Don't buy from Tomtop Gadgets. They false advertise and then if there are any issues they don't contact you. I made an order through them on 4/7, when checking my order on 4/22 it was still on hold so i asked messaged them to find out. They responded by telling me that my package is overweight and they want me to pay an extra $47 for shipping. the product i ordered said free shipping!!! They said i had to pay the $47 or they will refund me. so i should be getting the refund and im sharing my experience with them to everyone.
