Worst watach and services ever. Stay away from TomTom

Never ever buy a TomTom as you never get any spares or services from them. I now understand why the shops don't want anything to do with them any more. I has a TomTom. I battled to get a nêw wristband as mine broke. So my husband bought me a new one for my birthday in Dec17. Now the back light was not working. I was told to send it to them with original packaging etc. So they sent a replacement with no box. So I am having the same problem (so now I think they just sent mine back). So now they won't give me a refund as I do not have the original whats that I sent them setrial number. Now they want to make out I don't know how it's works etc and won't refund as not the origanal one. They sent the replacement so they should refund as it is all their fault. It is now June and still no watch. So my new present has not been worn and I have no watch and no refund. So please stay away from TomTom. They are pethetic.
