Useless service in SA

<p>My TomTom's Live Services stopped working and I discussed it with Customer Service in the UK. They informed me the simcard is faulty, but there is no-one in SA who can sort this out. I use to be a TomTom man and boasted their products. I read up on the internet and this model has this issue and the UK have swopped their units. I have had no luck to date to get this sorted out. I am on the road a lot and are dependend on the navigator and the Live services to reduce travel time. This is a very big problem for me. </p>
