Tomtom watch repair

I sent in my Tomtom watch in early August. At fiest Tomtom arranged with RAM to pick up my watch and no one pitched. I contacted Tomtom and they said I had to arrange with RAM for the collection myself.

After that RAM picked up my watch. I heard nothing from Tomtom and contacted them about the progress and whether they recieved my watch, they asked for my waybill number at RAM and I sent it yo them.

Since then Tomtom has not yet come back to me even though I emailed them to ask about the wherabouts or progress in my watch. On the Tomtom website it says they are still waiting for my parcel to arrive, even though the waybill shows that it has been delivered at Tomtom.

I am very irritated about this as I don’t know how to get them to respond to me!
