I logged a call with TomTom online for a broken wrist strap and Bluetooth earplugs problem. Within 2 days they delivered a new strap and collected the earplugs at my nominated address. Within 3 days after dispatching the earplugs to them they had a new set delivered again. Everything was done free of charge under their warrantee scheme - STUNNING! This was quick, hassle-free and ultra professional after sales service that I've not experienced with any other brand in South Africa! TomTom you are superb!
