Tomtom sports watch poor product and service

No support from TomTom . My runner 3 watch has been with them for 2 months. Now they have lost it! RAM hand to hand couriers is just as useless.They don't know where my watch is ( 2 months after I send it). So I ask for an update and nothing!

This is the second time, they have taken my watch back and on both instances it's taken more than a month to replace. on Both instances the battery does not last as promised. 2 hours on GPS max. 2 and a half days standby time.

So I complain on Social media. Get the standard response . "So sorry to hear, please DM us. So I did. Nothing . StIll waiting

I highly recommend that you do not buy a TomTom Sports watch.
