TomTom Runner 2 strap replacement

I am trying to get a strap (the third strap in 3\4 years for my TomTom runner 2 watch). I used the online platform to try and request a new strap because the one I received in April this year is still under warranty but have had no feedback and the new automated response is no help either. TOMTOM please respond!!!
