Reference Number: ***<br> I purchased the Map of Central and Eastern Europe in error. I asked customer service that I rather have the Map of Europe and pay the difference I'm a first time TomTom user and was very confused when I purchased the product.<br> We are travelling to France and Spain too and this is not included in the product that I purchased. <br> Firstly the customer service tried to convince me that a map of the whole of Europe is not available for my device how ridiculous is that you buy a TomTom that doesn't cover the whole of Europe? Then I asked her if I could pay in the difference to get the remainder of the countries she says no.<br> Then I asked for a refund so I can buy the right map she replies we don't do refunds.<br> So now I must go pay another 59 euro to buy the maps of 2 countries in Europe what a ******* TomTom!<br> <br>
