Tomtom Repair

I need help urgently. I had a Tomtom multisport watch that was malfunctioning. Tegnologia group Midrand hat it repaired last year March. The same problem acurred now during lockdown where the navigation buttons to the right and downwards have stopped working again. I drove all the way to Midrand Tegnologia just to find out they are no longer part of Tomtom.

Please assist me ASAP where I can have this repaired again for the 2nd time.
