TomTom Multisports Watch Screen

<p>Hi Tomtom</p> <p>I have a tomtom multisports watch that I have been using and really like. The watch hs worked great. I have recommended tomtom sport watches to all my friends and family as its really been a good purchase so far. I use my watch for running and cycling.</p> <p>This evening my watch fell maybe 10 cms onto the ground. To my shock the watch's screen shattered. It did not just crack but actually shattered, even pieces are glass fell off it. Is this normal? Being a multisport watch, I would expect this watch to be rugged. It is normal that the screen shattered from such a small fall? Is this normal or is this a design for manufatucing flaw?</p> <p>I really like this watch but now I have my doubts over the quality.</p> <p>Can you please advise a way forward?</p> <p>Thanks and kind regards,</p> <p>Dani</p>
