TomTom apparently got lost

Bought a Tomtom Runner 3 watch about 18 months ago at great cost. Wrist strap broke. Can't get in contact with Tomtom's so called customer support. Can't get a replacement strap from any of Tomtom's agents. I'm told that Tomtom doesn't supply them any more. Their call centre is a mess. Their online systems don't work. Bad service for such a big company.
