Tom Tom Update !!!

After purchasing an update as well as a European map, as we are travelling abroad. I have been unsuccessfully attempting to download the updates for seven days in a row. The website continually throws up a garbage message that the servers are busy. I even attempted to download between midnight and three AM. Same garbage message. Now the Updates are useless to me as we are travelling tomorrow. I am attempting to get a refund but cannot get hold of anyone in customer service. Grossly inferior service.
