<p>18 months ago, purchased 2 TomTom Cardio Runner watches from Due South. Within months there were issues with the watches updating, etc. Lately the one watch's strap has broken irreparibly and the other's charger cable frayed and about to tear. Called the helpline they do not have access to spares and I was told to get from the stores. If I was able to get from the stores, I would not be phoning the helpline! Surely! I said this is ridiculous and I would go to social media regarding this. I was then told, that was fine. So now I am the proud owner of an Apple Watch Series 2.</p>
