Spark 3 watch strap tear

I am a very annoyed and disappointed customer. On the 2 May I contacted TomTom and attached photos of my strap tearing(the watch is 6 months old). I was promised a strap will be delivered to me in 5-10 working days. I did not receive the strap as promised and during this time my strap had completely torn I received and email saying that my straps had been dispatched and when I asked for the tracking number he said he couldn't find one. I then called the customer helpline and was told that the person I had dealt with shouldn't have handled my problem as he isn't in that department. There were not details with regards to my address (I have a case number). I was then promised 2 straps and a docking station to charge my watch. I had taped my watch together and managed to wear it like that for 2 weeks. I was coaching soccer this past week and my watch fell off and I am not not able to use it anymore. I called again and was promised two straps. The consultant I dealt with didn't have my address which I had given twice. I asked if I could get hold of head office in South Africa because the number I called always gets me to a UK consultant. They said that's not possible. I am now without a watch which has become a huge part of my life and I must can't live without it. I am very diligent at tracking my activities. It really is a great device which I absolutely love. I am wanting to upgrade to a model that has a built in heart rate monitor and music storage ability but I'm thinking of changing over to another brand due to this poor service. I'm very annoyed and disappointed. No one is able to help me and promises have been broken numerous times.
