Shocking service from Tomtom

I bought a tomtom watch about 3 months ago who stopped working. I got the watch booked in for repairs about a month ago and 2 weeks ago and was told repairs takes approxiamtely 3 weeks. To date I still have not received my watch despite requests and mails to these people. And now they actually have stopped commumicating with me about a watch that i paid for. I never believed when people said the service from tomtom is shocking but now I see for myself just how atrocious it is.
