No straps available for more then 2 months

<p>My Tom Tom watch strap start breaking i whent to Cape union mart to order a new strap and after two months took the nr for tom tom from the sales person and contact them directly on the 11 Nov where there representative promised me in 2 weeks but till today no stock and 11 phone calls and plenty of e mails how long should you be without parts of a product</p>
