I bought my tomtom device on Takealot (excellent service). I submitted the claim for the money back and it was approved. This was substantially more than 28 days ago and I haven't received any payment to date. They have no email address to where I can follow up on my claim and their call centre number does not work. Their service is extremely poor and I am very disappointed, especially because the device is perfect.
