Another unhappy client!!!!!! Why must u lie to ur customers? Bought my dad a s in august 12th he never received his cash back voucher. Well after reading it on here people seemed to be ****med.....disgusting service. And don't even get me started on the free lifetime maps!! Can't access that either ....especially bought this item for my dad's 60th birthday as he has transport business
