100% ripnoff
I purchased a Renault Megane in the latter half of 2010. The deal was very attractive with a factory fitted built in TomTom plus SD Card which makes driving in unknown places a breeze. Well - the TomTom has been a total con job - SD Card has worked for the 1st 6 months and never worked again. My car is due to go out of warranty so I wool my car into Renault Tokai. Now the blame game starts: Renault told me they won't replace the card, TomTom are not contactable and me - the customer waits around whilst been thrown from pillar to post! One of the star attractions with this vehicle was the built in TomTom. What a shame I've been hoodwinked all along. No one is prepared to take accountability. Customer service = no ownership of issue being taken by both TomTom and Renault Tokai<br>
