Missing equipment in speaker box set

I bought a speaker system box set from Toms at the end of last year that came incomplete. On their website, it states that the set comes with two XLR/ Power combo cables. It also states so on the box that everything came in and even shows a picture of two of the cables on the box itself. When I opened the box however there was only one. I went back immediately to highlight this and I was told that they would sort it out with the supplier (Hybrid). I have been going back and forth about this for months now via email, telephone calls, and face to face confrontations and I still don't have the missing cable. They always seem happy and willing to help, but they don't pull through in the end.
