Tommy's Auto Parts.

Good Day to every one. I bought a car, Audi A4 2.4 V6 automtic 2 weeks back from one of Tommy's garage, Allan street Downtown motors. When i looked at the car they said it was a 2003 model and there was no problems on the car except small minor dents and scratches but it was not big things. So i took it for test drive and it felt solid but only when it went into 3 gear sometimes it made strange but the guy said it is the gearbox mounting so i took his word for it. I paid the R45000 in there bank on Monday but it only showed on there side the Tuesday so i went and got the car on Tuesday lunch time at 13:00. The Salesman said that the Lo**** for the car i will get on Thursday on the latest so i said its fine. I work at Volkswagen Newcastle so i wanted to see if the car had a service history so i put the Vin number in our system and it shows the cars details and then i saw it is not a 2003 model but a 1999 so i phoned the guy that sold it to me and ask him what is going on and why he **** to me about the year model but could not give me a answer and he had to speak to the boss so i said he must please wait for me after work and he said ok. After work i took the car back to him and told him i am not happy and that they take the car back and give my R45000 back or i take the car for R30000 and the R15000 they pay me back so he said he will find out by his boss and let me know the next day. The next day he phoned me and said that his boss said the owner of the car don't want to cancel the deal so i can take the car for R30000 and they will pay me the R15000 back so i said before i make a decision i am going to let someone have a look at the gearbox so i took the car to someone and they told me the gearbox is broken so i phoned the *** and said i dont want the car because they **** to me about the model and the gearbox is faulty and i am bringing the car back but when i came there he refused me entrance with the car and said his boss gave him instructions NOT to take the car back and to let me in the showroom with the car and if i leave the car there then they will tow it away and let me pay for that also. He said i can leave the car outside on the pavement and the best is to go and see his bos at Tommy's s****yard. So i left the car there and went to see the owner at Tommy's but when i got there he was in a meeting and the lady took my nr and said he will phone me. So when i got back to work i send him a Whatsupp asking that when he is free to let me know that i can go and see him. He replyed with i will be dealing with the salesman that sold me the car. I emailed the salesman that i am giving the car back, i am not happy with th car and that they **** to me but all he repyed was that his boss said he is not taking the car back and i am not getting any money back. Long story sort i have the car by me in my garage and is still busy trying to get something from them, i still not even recieved the Logbook of the car and the salesman did say that the boss said i can still get the car for R30000 and the R15000 will be paid back to me but for a week and 4 days i am waiting and every time i speak to him he say it will be in the next day, always the next day. Now Monday the 25/1/2021 his grandmother past away so i cant speak to him because he is not available. I Whatsapp the boss this morning asking when the money will be in my acount and when i will get the Logbook but he just read it and never reply. I don't know what to do anymore. If i angry and fight with them it don't work and even if i am friendly they just bull**** me and take me for a ride.
