Tommy Hilfiger refusing to pay a refund

This company has been refusing to pay my refund since 15 April 2026,today it's 10 June 2026. I have been calling and emailing since and all they tell me is that I must wait 21 days then weeks later it became 36 hours and then weeks later it became 24 hours. I have nothing positive to give to this company, a bunch of ****mers in that UAE branch. I returned the shoes due to the unsatisfactory quality when I received them. Maybe this is how they make money by selling low quality and not refunding customers.
