Terrible Tommy Hilfiger

I bought a T - shirt which was on special, i kept it in the original packaging and gift bag. When i wanted to wear it, I opened it, only to find a hole in the front. When i returned it to the shop with the original receipt they had refused to return it claiming that it is not their fault and making it seem as if i made the hole on purpose. They made me feel like a **** and did not want to help me. Their service is poor and pathetic, after an experience like that i don't think i can support such a brand.
