VERY SLOW TO RESOLVE ISSUES

I complained on the Tommee Tippee facebook page over a month ago ... wrt to print on the bottles washing off! I got an email back and rep**** and so we go ... still waiting for this to be resolved. Contacted UK head office - they don't deal with SA complaints ... yet its the SAME COMPANY ... where is the customer care??? Shocking!!!
