Tommee tippee teets

Hello Peter:

I bought a pack of size 3 teats for my daughter a month ago, as she is due for a bigger teat. I only opened the packaging last night. Washed and sterilized it as per normal. I replaced the teat with the old one, and that’s when I realized that there is a tear in the brand new teat. I was so furious, as these teats aren’t cheap and needs to be replaced often. That wasn’t even the worst of it. I complained on Facebook to Tommee Tippee, and their response was even more disappointing. (No apology for their faulty product, no insurance that they will report the complaint back to their Quality department, instead they suggest that I buy new teats every month and some care instructions, that is obvious)
