Tommee tippee such a *******,I want money back...

I bought a warmer on Takealot in May ,now it's not working...it's it's so damn expensive,even their bottle fade,they have closed their Facebook messenger,now there's nowhere to complain I need a refund,or else they must come and take their nonsense...am really not happy about Tommee tippee
