Good day I had wrote into tommee tippee about the bottles and dummies i had for my baby which i was liaising with a lady named Jenna, she refused to assist me when i had complained about the bottles that were leaking and dummies that were fading then she asks me for receipts which i did not keep and then completely stops replying. Tommee Tippee was the best brand and then she says that its the way i sanitize my babies bottles and dummies which i clearly told her i use warm salt water and then she turns around and says salt is the reason for the fading, which i have used on all my babies and has never happened before.
