Still haven't received the full to date

Placed an order on www.tommeetippee.co.za on the 27th October and still haven't received the full to date. Every week I call I am told that they will receive stock next week. I called last Friday, and I was told that it will be delivered in 2-3 working days. I call this morning and I am told once again that they will receive stock next week.
