Poor quality

I have been using Tommee Tippee for almost 4 years (September 2016 will be 4 years). The quality of the bottles have deteriorated since I started to use them. The ink is coming off way too soon another 4 months and I wont be able to measure the water for the formula. I also personally handwash all the bottles and its as if the newer bottles tend to go soft/melt a little when washed in hot water. Now it cant be the water being too hot as I said I handwash them myself and I will burn if it was the water thats too hot. Now I am a really big supporter of Tommee Tippee due to me having a good experience the first time around, I actually bought alot more extras than I did with my firstborn i.e. soothers, formula powder containers, even the manual breastpump. I'm just really disappointed with the quality of these bottles. I even bought from 2 different places one set was from takealot and one set was from a Game store so Im sure its not just a batch thing. Spoke to Jacinta and Lisa from Candid baby and then no response
