Poor anticolic

I bought 2 closer to nature tommee tippee bottles at clicks in westgate mall. My son is only 1 week old and i noticed that when he drinks from the bottle the hole teat gets sucked in. So midway through each feed i must stop and readjust the nipple. This causes him to swallow air making him so uncomfortable.
