No customer Service

I purchased a Tommee Tippee drinking cup about 2 months ago. The drinking cup has a non-spill piece inside the cup, however, you can not clean this piece. It is extremely unhygienic!! I submitted a query twice to Tommee Tippee South Africa and to date, no one has contacted me. <br> <br> I have been a loyal customer of Tommee Tippee products for almost 4 years now, but I will now be thinking twice in future before purchasing their products and also when recommending them!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
