Horrible Manual Breastpump ever.

I bought a Tommee Tippee manual breastpump 3 weeks ago . I bought it a baby city, and it is a horrible breast pump. I watched videos on youtube on how to use it properly still it pumps no milk. I once owned a Avent breastpump and it worked like a charm with my 2nd baby, and thought I tried this one now. It hurts so bad (pulls the nipple but no milk) Baby city tested it for pressure and they said it has enough pressure and they will not do anything with it. Called tommee tippee no help,. Horrible breastpump and service from this company.
