<p>I recently had a bit of an issue with one of the bottles I had purchased . I got into contact with "Tommee Tippee " through their facebook page . I got a reply almost immediately and was directed as to the chanel I should follow . I was assisted by a lady by the name of Jenna Williams (candid baby ) who not only heard me out but also got my product replaced ,all under 7 days . Keep up the great customer sevrice !</p>
