I trust you are well. I am writing with regards to some Tommee Tippee bottles I purchased via Takealot on the 4th of July. They were delivered yesterday, I washed and sterilised them, and when I put water in each bottle - they did this: See photo attached.

Takealot is refusing return as it's a non-returnable item, however I feel like this is horrible quality from Tommee Tippee (which I've been using for years with no issue, only now with the new bottles)

Please advise as to what I stand to do? I obviously cannot use the bottles as they are now damaged and I feel my baby's safety would be compromised, but I also cannot send them back to Takealot as they refuse return. Would you be responsible for a return or refund or what does one do in this case? I've always been a fan of Tommee Tippee but this is not the quality we're used to at all.

I trust you'll get back to me ASAP and that we can work out a way forward as I'd like to keep using your brand.
